  18. This is the shareware version of Elkware's game "SHARDS"!
  19.  
  20. In the shareware version are 10 levels and 2 songs! If you like the game, you
  21. should order the registered version (look order form!). This version will 
  22. have 60 levels, 4 songs and digitized sound effects! 
  23.  
  24. Start the game with shards.exe!
  25. First there will appear some information about the registered version! After 
  26. a few seconds the game will start! You have to choose music and language.
  27. At the menue press the key
  28.   's' to start the current level 
  29.   'p' to change the level by typing a password
  30.   'q' to quit the game
  31.  
  32. You get a password every time you finished a level.
  33.  
  34. Aim of the Game:
  35. You have to remove all the stones with greek symbols and all crumbly stones.
  36. Crumbly stones vanish if you go over them! You can remove the symbol-stones 
  37. by moving two of them with the same symbol in one line (horizontal or
  38. vertical). Step on one of the stones and press <SPACE> and there'll appear a
  39. kind of cross wires. Move it onto the second stone and press <SPACE> again to 
  40. remove these stones. 
  41. To move a stone into the right position, press 'm' on that stone.
  42. If you can't move the stone with the cursorkeys, the stone is fixed!

  44. All the keys you need:
  45.   ESC        - cancel the level
  46.   SPACE      - toggle the cross wires
  47.   CURSORKEYS - moves the ball/the stone on which the ball stands
  48.   'm'        - toggle the stone-move-mode
  49.   'p'        - pause the game
  50.
